The management of Balvi vocational and general education secondary school, the students and their parents express their sincere gratitude to "Velku Society", especially Ivars Velks and Liāna Velka, and the organization “Star of Hope Finland” for the support and donations (from EUR 40 - EUR 90) at the end of the school year for the students of our school.
Students who obtained gold, silver and bronze school report cards and students who proved themselves by participating in regional and state olympiads were supported.
Donating money to students is a great motivation for them to strive to be responsible, determined and curious to learn. Young people will use this donation wisely and usefully. It is a great support for them starting their summer holidays.
